1. Due to Covid-19 safety precautions all sales are not subject to a refund. Credit or exchange may be issued if the merchandise is a defect.

2. Claims for defect items must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise (checked by tracking the package).Upon review, credit or exchange may be issued. All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, pet hairs, self tanner, odors, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. 

3.  Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
